This study analyzed the relationships between audit fee and audit risk in confronting with restatement and financial distress conditions. Statistical samples include 127 firms listed in Tehran Securities & Exchange during the March 2012 to March 2020 . The findings indicate that financial distress as a measure of client’s business risk has a significant and positive effect on audit fee; also, restatement of financial statements as a measure of audit risk has a significant and positive effect on audit fee. These results document that both those potential risk factors play a decisive role in determining audit fees. The results indicate that financial restatement and financial distress as potential risk factors can affect auditors' perceived risk and this event leads to change in auditors' behavior and change in audit fees. In client firms facing to financial restatement and financial distress, auditors assess the risk as high and , try to increase audit efforts, which in turn increases the audit fee. It was also theoretically argued that in distressed firms, financial restatement could be a more serious signal of perceived audit risk and change auditors' behavior by increasing the audit effort to identify material misstatement that would increase audit fees. Contrary to expectations, however, no significant evidence was found to confirm the stronger impact of audit risk on audit fees in firms facing to financial distress.}, keywords = {Audit Fee,Audit risk,Restatement,Financial Distress}, title_fa = {تحلیل روابط حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی و ریسک حسابرسی در مواجهه با تجدید ارائه و آشفتگی مالی}, abstract_fa = {حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی معیاری برای بررسی وابستگی اقتصادی حسابرس به صاحبکار است که ارزیابی آن مستلزم تمرکز بر میزان تلاش حسابرس و ریسک‌های مربوطه است. در این مقاله روابط بین حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی و ریسک حسابرسی در مواجهه با تجدید ارائه و آشفتگی مالی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. تعداد 127 شرکت طی سال‌های 1390 تا 1398 از جامعه شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران غربال شده‌اند. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که آشفتگی مالی به عنوان معیاری از ریسک تجاری صاحبکار تأثیر معنادار مثبتی بر حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی دارد؛ همچنین، تجدید ارائه صورت‌های مالی به عنوان معیاری از ریسک حسابرسی تأثیر معنادار مثبتی بر حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی دارد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که تجدید ارائه صورت‌های مالی و آشفتگی مالی به عنوان عوامل بالقوه ریسک می‌توانند بر ریسک درک ‌شده حسابرسان اثر بگذارند و این رخداد تغییر رفتار حسابرسان و تغییر حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی را به دنبال دارد. حسابرسان در شرکت‌های مشمول تجدید ارائه صورت‌های مالی و مواجه با آشفتگی مالی، ریسک را بالا ارزیابی کرده و سعی می‌کنند تلاش حسابرسی را افزایش دهند که این موارد سبب افزایش حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی می‌شود. طبق استدلال نظری انتظار می‌رفت در شرکت‌های مواجه با آشفتگی مالی، تجدید ارائه صورت‌های مالی بتواند نشانه جدی‌تری از ریسک حسابرسی درک ‌شده و تغییر رفتار حسابرسان در افزایش تلاش حسابرسی برای شناسایی انحراف با اهمیت باشد که مستلزم افزایش حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی است. در عین حال، بر خلاف انتظار شواهد معناداری در تأیید تأثیر قوی‌تر ریسک حسابرسی بر حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی در شرکت‌های مواجه با آشفتگی مالی مشاهده نشد.}, keywords_fa = {حق‌الزحمه حسابرسی,ریسک حسابرسی,تجدید ارائه صورت‌های مالی,آشفتگی مالی}, url = {https://article.iacpa.ir/article_252742.html}, eprint = {https://article.iacpa.ir/article_252742_5c3d128a83c5cb5349fa06053c4fb50b.pdf} }
