پژوهش‌های حسابرسی حرفه‌ای

بررسی فرهنگ‌سازمانی مؤسسات حسابرسی با رویکرد حرفه گرایی و تجاری‌سازی حسابرسی مبتنی بر فراترکیب

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی فرهنگ‌سازمانی مؤسسات حسابرسی با رویکرد حرفه گرایی و تجاری‌سازی حسابرسی با رویکرد فراترکیب است. محقق با به‌کارگیری رویکرد فراترکیب، با انجام گام‌های 7 گانه روش ساندلوسکی و باروسو، به شناسایی عوامل مؤثر پرداخته است. از بین 253 مقاله، 51 مقاله بر اساس روش مهارت-های ارزیابی حیاتی انتخاب شد همچنین روایی تحلیل با مقدار ضریب کاپا 0/790 تائید گردید. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا منتج به شناسایی 3 بعد و 18 شاخص برای مدل شناسایی شد. یافته‌ها نشان می دهد مولفه های فرهنگ سازمانی عبارتند از رهبری سازمانی، مدیریت کارکنان، چسب سازمانی ، تأکیدات استراتژی و معیارهای موفقیت. مولفه های حرفه گرایی عبارتند از پایبندی به استانداردهای حسابرسی، کیفیت خدمات حسابرسی، آموزش و توسعه حرفه‌ای کارکنان، مسئولیت‌پذیری و پاسخگویی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای و رفتار مناسب. مولفه های تجاری سازی عبارتند از مدیریت برند و تصویر سازمانی، استراتژی‌های بازاریابی، نوآوری در خدمات حسابرسی، مدیریت ارتباطات با مشتریان، رقابت‌پذیری و سودآوری، استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین و پایداری و توسعه کسب‌وکار. نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند راهنمای عملی برای مدیران و سیاستگذاران باشد تا با تقویت رهبری سازمانی، مدیریت کارکنان، تدوین استراتژی‌های روشن و تعیین معیارهای موفقیت، سطح حرفه‌گرایی کارکنان را ارتقا دهند و فرآیندهای تجاری‌سازی و توسعه کسب‌وکار را بهبود بخشند.

چکیده English

The aim is to examine the organizational culture of audit firms with a professionalism approach and the commercialization of auditing with a meta-synthesis approach. The researcher identified the effective factors by using the meta-synthesis approach, by performing the 7 steps of the Sandelowski and Barroso method. Out of 253 articles, 51 articles were selected based on the CASP method. Also, the validity of the analysis was confirmed with a kappa coefficient of 0.790. The results of data analysis in MAXQDA software resulted in the identification of dimensions and indicators for the model. The components of organizational culture include organizational leadership, employee management, organizational glue, strategic emphases, and success criteria. The components of professionalism include adherence to audit standards, quality of audit services, employee training and professional development, responsibility and accountability, and professional ethics and appropriate behavior. The components of commercialization include brand and organizational image management, marketing strategies, innovation in audit services, customer relationship management, competitiveness and profitability, use of new technologies, and business sustainability and development. The results can be a practical guide for managers and policymakers to enhance the level of employee professionalism and improve commercialization and business development processes by strengthening organizational leadership, employee management, formulating clear strategies, and determining success criteria.
